Hon. Odunze Kingsley Chinonyerem is a man whose heart
has always been with his people. From Umudurumba Uba Ifakala, he has built a
reputation for service, commitment, and standing up for what is right.
Over the years, he has shown leadership in many ways.
As a youth leader, he carried out projects that brought real change to his
community. He supported young people, organised trainings, improved security,
and contributed to the welfare of families. His efforts have always been about
people, not position.
He once stepped forward to contest for the
councillorship position under APGA. However, the process did not reflect the
true will of the people. Despite this, the overwhelming love and support he
received from his community was clear to all. Many strongly believe that if a
free and fair election had taken place, Hon. Odunze Kingsley Chinonyerem would
have emerged victorious.
Even in that moment, he did not step back. He remained
committed, continued helping his people, and kept speaking against poor
governance. His love for Mbaitoli has never changed.
Today, Hon. Odunze Kingsley Chinonyerem is ready to
take a bigger step. He is preparing to run for the Imo State House of Assembly
to represent Mbaitoli LGA.
His intention is clear. He wants to be a strong voice
for the people. He wants to attract development, improve living conditions, and
ensure that the needs of Mbaitoli are properly represented. He believes that
leadership is about responsibility and results.
He is coming forward with humility and sincerity,
asking for the support of the people as he takes this next step.
Mbaitoli deserves better. With unity and support, that
better future is possible.
